process and slow kiln dry my timber for a much longer than average time when compared to commercial timber, slowly reducing the moisture content to between 9 &12% depending on species and final location of the furniture piece.
Once the timber has been correctly air dried (Over 3 years is most cases) the wood will then be placed into a kiln and slowly heated to 55 degree celsius over a period of 3 months this will produce quality and ensure that the timber is properly sterile and stabilised for indoor purposes.
